When subscribing to any of our IT services you’ll receive top-notch support from Gallery’s helpdesk. Our support options vary according to the services you are taking up.
Office 365 Support includes Office 365 account setup and email migration from current system. We create new accounts, shared mailboxes, organise forwarding and permissions. We reset passwords, disable and re-enable accounts on request. We organise any file retrieval, security configuration and troubleshooting.
Charity Sharecentre Support includes providing user advice, help with finding documents, adding termsets and tags, setting permissions and passwords. We are at the end of the phone, if you need any assistance.
Desktop Support means we support your users and the equipment they use, including configuration of email on phones and mobile devices. We can troubleshoot equipment, provide advice and order new equipment as appropriate. Typically we install and update antivirus software. We also install any software, update it and troubleshoot if you have any problems.
Network Support means we support your network in your office. We will look after your domain controller, the router, firewall, network switch, your printers, your profiles.
A note of caution...
It’s important to note that Office 365 and SharePoint are complex to implement, manage and support. We do not recommend that organisations rely on Microsoft for support and migration assistance with Office 365 as they tend to provide an impersonal, slow and sometimes frustrating service.
Microsoft expects customers who do not have in-house IT staff to outsource this work to a registered Microsoft Partner like Gallery, to manage your migration project, as well as administer, maintain and support your deployment going forward. This will remove the problems and worries caused by trying to perform these tasks on your own and lead to increased efficiency, enabling you to get the most out of the service.
